I liked:

My daughter and I have just spent 9 nights in your hotel and found the service fantastic, all the staff, without exception were most helpful. Our room, altho the most reasonable price, was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Locationwise it is a perfect place to stay.

The experience I had at Mandarin Orchard is something that I will remember forever. Taxi driver dropped me at the hotel lobby and unfortunately I left my Passport and Camera bag in the cab. I realized this after almost 10 minutes and I asked for help at the reception. Hotel staff Pearlyn Koh and Mohana Das went out of the way to help me. They found out the Taxi details from the CCT footage and tracked the telephone number of the driver. Thankfully my bag was still in the car and the driver was kind enough to come back and return it back to me. I would have faced tons of problems in applying for a duplicate passport and it would have ruined the pleasure of my singapore trip. I am overwhelmed by the courtesy and gesture of Pearlyn and Mohana. I highly recommend Mandarin Orchard for the special hospitality and service
